The clinic door will be locked behind them to prevent anyone else from entering the space during the course of their treatment.
Patients will be asked to keep all larger personal belongings on the treatment room chair and smaller items on the countertop, which can and will be sanitized between patients.
Immediately upon entering the clinic space the patient must go directly to the hand washing sink without touching anything inside the clinic and wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and then dry thoroughly,

Musculature of the face will not be palpated or treated at this time.
Patients are encouraged to wear mask while in our clinic and while receiving treatments
While masks are encouraged, they are NOT required during the treatment. We understand that there are various reasons that people may feel uncomfortable wearing a mask for the duration of the treatment, therefore it is your decision whether you choose to wear one at this time.
Your therapist may ask you to wear a mask while laying face up for neck treatment, due to the close proximity to each others faces. If you do not have a mask in this situation and your therapist feels more comfortable with masks, one can be provided.
If your therapist is choosing not to wear a mask, you may ask your therapist to wear one
In the current environment of COVID-19 risk, informed consent requires that the patient be informed and understands that:
Any massage therapy treatment involves some risk of COVID-19 transmission;
The therapist is following protocol to help reduce or mitigate risk where possible, but that risk cannot be reduced to zero;
The patient consents to the treatment despite some risk;
And the RMT will document the your consent in advance and at every treatment
Additional time has been scheduled between patients to allow for thorough cleaning of the treatment room.
Hands on time in the treatment room will be moderately reduced to accommodate the added hand washing protocols by both therapist and patient, increased sanitizing requirements, and informed consent questionnaires performed during each treatment.
All high touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected between patients
